We would like to inform you of a change that you will probably notice on your next billing cycle. No, your price is not going up! In fact we are constantly looking for ways to keep our costs down in order to continue to provide you with exceptional service at your current prices. As you may know our parent company also owns a sister internet provider named SaberNet. Well it turns out SaberNet has a billing platform that is easier to run and faster than our own. So in alignment with our commitment to service we are going to be running our customers bill processing through their system. In the future your invoices and/or return envelopes will say SaberNet and will have this logo:



Your bill will be for the exact same amount, your service will still be provided by us, nothing about how your service is being delivered will change, the only thing that is going to change is the physical/email invoice and/or credit card draft. As we allow their system to process the invoices you will still get a paper invoice or email notification just like you currently receive except it will have a SaberNet logo and return address.

The new billing cycle runs on the 15th of the month and is due by the 1st, and credit cards get processed on the first of the month. Physical invoices have a tear off payment remittance stub that should accompany a physical payment as it will have pertinent account information on it. Email invoices will also contain such information. These remitance slips should be included with your check to ensure proper credit to your account. If you are currently getting credit card drafts your statement will now show Sabernet instead of Ulink.
