DSL service requires the purchase of one a DSL modem. This can be purchased locally for around $50. Our support
staff can let you know which modem to buy at the time of ordering. You can also purchase through Ulink for
$69.95 plus $12.95 shipping.
You need a standard AT&T landline telephone service to get Ulink DSL. While we are not selling AT&T DSL, our DSL does go over their telephone network between your home and their local Central Office.
Currently we do not have an online prequalification tool. Please call us to get prequalified.
Ulink's ADSL service is currently not available in the following cities: Elk Grove, Rocklin, Roseville, Citrus Heights, or Granite Bay.
When agreeing to a one year term for DSL Service, a DSL contact must be signed and Faxed or Mailed to us to begin service. A contract is not required for Month to Month terms.
Ulink's ADSL service cannot be installed on a phone line with an Alarm System.
DSL service requires a working AT&T phone line in order to provide you with DSL service. Any of the following might cause a disruption in your DSL service:
- Failure to pay your AT&T telephone bill.
- Switching your telephone line from AT&T to another carrier
- Moving your telephone line to a different address
