DSL service requires the purchase of one of our DSL Equipment Packages. Each package includes a DSL modem and Self Install Kit. Ulink can send out a technician to install your DSL for an additional fee if you are not comfortable with doing it yourself. A router is required to connect more than one computer to our ADSL service. You can either choose one of our networking packages or use your own router. Ulink will only provide technical support for routers on our Supported Routers List. You may use an unsupported router, but technical support will only support connecting the ADSL modem to one computer for troubleshooting.

You must have SBC telephone service to get Ulink Hyper Speed DSL. While we are not selling SBC DSL, our DSL does go over SBC's telephone network between your home and your Central Office.

Currently we do not have an online prequalification tool. Please call us to get prequalified.

If you currently do not have SBC telephone service, we can still pre-quailfy you for ADSL but you will need to switch to SBC to get service.

Ulink's ADSL service is currently not available in the following cities: Elk Grove, Rocklin, Roseville, Citrus Heights, or Granite Bay.

When agreeing to a one year term for DSL Service, a DSL contact must be signed and Faxed or Mailed to us to begin service. A contract is not required for Month to Month terms.

Ulink's ADSL service cannot be installed on a phone line with an Alarm System.

DSL service requires a working SBC phone line in order to provide you with DSL service. Any of the following might cause a disruption in your DSL service:

• Failure to pay your SBC telephone bill.
• Switching your telephone line from SBC to another carrier
• Moving your telephone line to a different address
